About The Role

Glints is seeking a target-driven and strategic Business Development Executive to join our team, to expand our business not only in Vietnam but to Southeast Asia. You will be at the front of Glints and help us to grow our client base, particularly within the Banking, Financial Services, Securities, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. The mission of this role is to drive sustainable growth through outreach and forge strong relationships with clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop a business development strategy focusing on Vietnam as well as strategies to penetrate the Southeast Asia market.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Negotiate high stakes contracts which leads to complex deals closure.
  • Strengthen our fast-growing South East Asia team.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Business Development, 360 Recruitment, Sales, or other B2B roles. Experience in recruitment/HR services is a plus.
  • Good command of English.
  • Good attitude, proactive, resilient, and target-oriented.
  • Strong business mindset and negotiation skills
  • Basic understanding of BFSI and other industries such as Healthcare, Oil & Gas, etc. is a plus
