What you will be doing
The Business Development Executive (BDE) role is part of the Corporate sales team based in the London head office, tasked with selling across all countries within the Western Europe region.
The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for targeting new organisations across a territory. You will be a highly self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record for selling in the business-to-business arena. You’ll have the tenacity, drive, commercial awareness and persuasiveness to find the right contacts, understand the client’s issues, and match and apply the benefits in your solution. You will often need to involve several stakeholders, both internally and externally, in different locations across the world so strong networking and organization skills as well as an understanding of corporate purchasing dynamics are a must.

The interview process
Initial Video Call; with a member of our Talent Acquisition team (chat through your CV and learn more about us as a company and the role)
Video Call Interview; with the Hiring Manager and potentially another team member (explore your experience and see if there is a fit for the team and role)
Face2Face Interview; visit our London office and meet the team. (a scenario based task will be involved here and will be sent to you in plenty of time to prep)
The TA team will be on hand throughout the entire process to provide support and champion you!
