We are looking for sharp, dynamic professionals who are searching for an intellectually rewarding sales challenge to join our team. This role is based in our Chicago office, working with our Corporate Services & Payment territory in North America.

As a Business Development executive, you will be responsible for creating new partnerships with corporations across the Services & Payments industries. You will be a highly self-motivated sales professional with a proven track record for selling in the business-to-business arena. You’ll have the tenacity, drive, commercial awareness and persuasiveness to find the right contacts, understand the client’s issues, and match & apply the benefits in your solution. You will often need to involve several stakeholders, both internally and externally, in different locations across the world so strong networking and organization skills as well as an understanding of corporate purchasing dynamics are a must.

This role is client facing and will potentially require some travel to meet clients across the territory

Key responsibilities include:

  • Generate sales with New clients in your designated territory
  • Evaluate territory potential and prospect new accounts
  • Create a sales plan on how to reach sales targets and ensure implementation of the plan
  • Develop and foster new relationships through high levels activities
  • Conduct effective presentations
  • Proposal writing and winning new clients
  • Maintain effective internal communication
  • Pipeline balance and management
  • Achieving developmental benchmarks

  • An outstanding personal sales track record
  • Proven experience of selling to large multi-national organisations
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
