What you’ll be responsible for:

Reporting to the VP, Business Development, Americas, you will be directly responsible for validation, incubation and commercialization of key product and segment initiatives:

  • Lead new product and/or Business GTM efforts across product pillars
  • Originate and manage a portfolio of strategic opportunities, drive partnership momentum, and develop & execute comprehensive GTM plans for key initiatives 
  • Validate new product ideas, use cases and stress-test product market fit by actively engaging with new and existing partners and gathering market feedback.
  • Lead Go/No-go leadership decision on moving development forward.
  • Sign first-of-kind partner(s) for product incubation, author and execute bilateral agreements and work with cross-functional teams to land an MVP
  • Refine business model including economics / monetization plan
  • Graduate initiative to being market ready working cross-functionally.

What you'll bring to Circle:

  • 12+ years of business development, product partnership or product experience in a fintech or other financial services company. Crypto or payments preferred.
  • Experience driving a cross functional team to alignment with a thoughtful, data-driven approach 
  • Demonstrated ability to work alongside technical resources and contribute to solution development for partner solutions
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and win high-impact strategic deals with a C-level audience.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to develop clear hypothesis on product-market fit and a go-to-market approach
  • Excellent pipeline management and ability to prioritize across an expansive set of initiatives to maximize business growth
  • Impeccable written and presentation skills in English

Additional Information:

  • This position is eligible for day-one PERM sponsorship for qualified candidates.

Circle is on a mission to create an inclusive financial future, with transparency at our core. We consider a wide variety of elements when crafting our compensation ranges and total compensation packages.

Starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to: relevant experience, skill set, qualifications, and other business and organizational needs. Please note that compensation ranges may differ for candidates in other locations.

Base Pay Range: $195,000 - $252,500

Annual Bonus Target: 20%

Also Included: Equity & Benefits (including medical, dental, vision and 401(k)). Circle has a discretionary vacation policy. We also provide 10 days of paid sick leave per year and 11 paid holidays per year in the U.S.
