We are currently searching for an Analytical Consultant for the SMB Nordic team. The role is newly created and will be located in our office in Hellerup, Denmark or Stockholm, Sweden and will be supporting mainly our Swedish Small Medium clients.
The SMB team plays a key role in NIQ’s growth strategy. Focused on accelerating organic growth, building great customer experience by offering customer-centric service and support to uncover insights on category development and consumer buying behavior, in a timely and consistent manner. This role drives loyalty and empowerment by enhancing our customers' use of our data and tools through specialty expertise and engagement.

As an Analytical Consultant you work with business solution-driven analysis, trainings, presentations and recommendations for small and medium FMCG companies to grow their businesses.
Responsibilities
Improve the customer engagement and satisfaction by offering customer service and analysis support
Develop valuable business issue analyses and category presentations to increase the understanding of NIQ data and insights amongst our Small and Medium sized clients
Support Small Medium commercial team with customer trainings in our data platform, content for sales pitches and building data reports
Together with the SMB team build content for webinars, client events and client meetings
Drive trainings of clients in NIQ’s cloud-based data platform Discover
Participate actively in building a positive and engaging team culture
Support the Small Medium commercial team with ad-hoc administrative tasks
The role is mainly supporting the Swedish Market and is based in our Hellerup or Stockholm office. You will report to the Nordics Head of SMB, and will be part of a team of ten people.

Qualifications
First and foremost a burning desire and ability to create and drive a commercial analytical base for identifying what's next for your clients.
1-2+ years of experience in the FMCG industry within business analysis, market research or category management.
A commercial degree in Economics with proven graduation results.
Strong Business English knowledge, both verbal and written. Danish and/or Swedish as mother tongue
Strong analytical skills and detail-focused
Strong communication skills with various stakeholders
We expect you to already have experience working with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good presentation and communication skills.
Experience from a Nordic position will be an advantage.
Microsoft Dynamics and experience with NIQ data is a clear advantage.
