About the position:
As a Business Development, you will identify potential new channels for sales growth such as sales agencies, communities, and ecosystems. Create a sales strategy based on this potential to achieve sales targets.
Build strong relationships with established channel partners (agencies, communities, and ecosystems) to ensure business goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that the sales channel targets built achieve the targets set by the business
- Recommend strategies, innovation ideas, and automation for sales channel growth
- Create a strategic plan to achieve the targets of the business.
- Develop and communicate sales strategies to partners.
- Manage partners to drive sales growthCoordination with related departments or units to ensure overall business objectives are achieved.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years working experience preferably Banking, Insurance, Fintech
- Good communication skills both writing and speaking
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skill
- Possess a strong drive and self-motivated to make things happen especially in leading projects and initiatives
