In this dynamic role, you'll have the chance to work directly with foodservice operators, manufacturers, and other key players in the industry, helping them drive growth and success.
You'll excel in a fast-paced environment, think quickly on your feet, and be driven by a hunger for growth. In this role, you'll lead the charge on prospecting, conducting discovery calls, and coordinating sales demonstrations to support our Business Development team.
With 1+ years of experience in a Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative or similar role — you'll bring a proven ability to generate new business through outbound emailing, cold calling, and social media outreach. Confidence in developing leads and prospecting via phone is essential.

Responsibilities include:
- Conducting lead generation, prospecting, and sourcing high-potential leads within assigned territories
- Proactively scheduling calls with prospective clients via phone and email (including cold calling)
- Researching prospective clients or current clients to identify new sales opportunities, customize communications strategies, and ensure prospects understand the value of our extensive products and services
- Partnering with Business Development Managers to support plans for sales territories, with a goal of supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets
- 1+ years in a BDR or SDR role, or relevant work experience
- Experience using lead generations tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesloft, Salesforce and other tools) to identify and capture key contacts
- Strong curiosity and interest in the foodservice and retail sectors
- Self-starter able to work independently and as a team with other sales professionals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software and experience utilizing CRM software for all conversations, opportunities, and metrics

- Competitive salary range: $50,000 - $57,000 plus commission, offering the potential for further earnings based on performance
