Business Development Associate

As the Business Development Executive in the OneScreen Projects Team you will be directly impacting the company's growth and strategy. The OneScreen Projects Team works on securing government contracts, issued by the US and Canadian governments, relevant to the OneScreen product portfolio. Whether the customer is a major school district or the defense department, you will be the direct line of communication with them. 

 

What You’ll Do

  • Lead Generation: Strike up conversations with potential customers and get an idea of their headspace
  • Documentation and proposal development: Curating proposals to respond to RFPs/RFQs. 
  • Customer relationship management: Establish a feedback loop with customers
  • Partner relationship management: Collaborate with distributors, resellers, manufacturers, and other OneScreen partners. 
  • Technical product review: Keep yourself updated with the technological developments in EdTech. Identify new product lines to expand into and lead that expansion. 
  • Market research and analysis: Keep track of competitors and market trends to extract relevant information for making data-driven decisions.
  • Establish partnerships: Onboard new partners to ensure growth. 
  • Contract management: Close and execute projects with a customer-centric approach
  • Strategy: Review, examine and execute sales strategies

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering
  • 1-2 -year experience.
  • Strong research and analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Flawless written and spoken English language skills. (A critical part of the role is to coordinate with our partners, resellers, and regional managers in the United States)
  • Initiative-taking and result-driven
  • Willing to work in a night shift role

 

Working Hours: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM Pakistan Time or 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM Pakistan Time 

Role: On-Site

Location: Islamabad
