We are expanding into California and are seeking a Business Development Manager in California to help establish and grow our presence in the state. This role offers a unique opportunity to take an established contract base from the East and Midwest and develop a thriving business in California. You will play a key role in managing and growing the business while collaborating with our sales team to drive new opportunities and expand our footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage the California business: Lead our efforts to build a strong market presence, taking an established contract base and cultivating new opportunities across the state.
Sales and business development: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the business. Build relationships with municipalities, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
Market expansion: Utilize your expertise in trenchless pipe rehabilitation to prospect for new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
Project coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and communication.
CRM and reporting: Leverage CRM software to track sales activities, performance metrics, and manage the sales pipeline.
Industry knowledge: Stay updated on innovations in trenchless technology and keep clients informed of new solutions and opportunities.
Strategic input: Actively contribute to sales and strategy meetings, offering insights to enhance performance and achieve growth targets.
