Role Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development and Operations Specialist to join our Tokenomics team. This role will be pivotal in driving business growth and ensuring smooth operations for our clients who wish to build their Tokenomics with Animoca Brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development within the Web3 space and experience in managing customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and engage with potential clients who are interested in developing Tokenomics strategies with Animoca Brands.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning them with our offerings.
-Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
-Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
-Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
-Manage client accounts, including onboarding, ongoing support, and addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
-Liaise between clients and internal teams (e.g., product, technical, legal) to ensure seamless communication and project delivery.
-Track and report on account performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth.
-Oversee the operational aspects of client projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
-Implement and optimize processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.
-Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.

Requirements:

-Proven experience in business development within the Web3 industry.
-Demonstrated experience in managing customer accounts in a Web3 environment.
-Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and the broader crypto ecosystem.
-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
-Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Preferred Qualifications:

-Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Development/Management
-Familiarity with Animoca Brands' products and services.
