- Actively acquire new clients, identify and secure new business projects in the residential market targeting system developers, architects, and electrical installation designers.
- Initiate and establish and sustain long-term relationships with all key decision-makers in the construction, electronics, and building automation industries.
- Prepare and deliver presentations on value propositions and solutions to key developers, designers, and architects.
- Prepare comprehensive offers, work closely with other departments (marketing, customer service) to develop complete solution proposals.
- Lead contract negotiations and presentations.
- Manage long-term projects, ensuring proper monitoring and coordination.
- Maintain and oversee the existing portfolio of projects.
- Appropriately budget, plan, organize, monitor, and report at all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Enhance the visibility and reputation of the Somfy brand in the market.
- Budget and report on sales results.
- University degree in Engineering, Economics, Marketing, Management, or Construction.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and technical solutions for residential markets.
- Technical knowledge and ability to read technical drawings.
- Technical background in building automation is an asset.
- Experience collaborating with developers is beneficial.
- Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is advantageous.
- Fluent Polish and English proficiency is required.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Category B driving license.
