Business Developer Nordics/EMEA (M/F/D)

As a Business Developer Nordics/EMEA, you’ll report to our Sales Manager and play a key role in the development of JobTeaser in Europe (Nordics in priority…)

 

Main missions and objectives :

 

  • Prospect a database of potential future clients in Europe, with a specific focus on the Danish market (priority #1) and the broader Nordics region.

  • Conduct targeted outreach and lead generation, particularly in Denmark, via emails, cold calls, and networking.

  • Generate approx. 5 meetings every week (with the support of Inbound Leads also).

  • Convert your prospects into customers: during the meeting, discover their needs (Discovery), pitch JobTeaser (Live demo), and offer a partnership proposal (Closing).

  • C1/C2 in English: you can easily converse with C-levels

  • Danish language proficiency is a strong plus.

  • You have relevant sales experience of 2-5 years (ex: business development, startup, consulting firm...)

  • You have a good knowledge of the European market, and maybe a specific emphasis on the Nordic market (a plus!)

  • You love hunting (sending emails, cold calling...) and you never get bored

  • You are result-oriented and resilient: you reach your target every month and you always want to achieve more!

  • You are self-driven and have a high-energy spirit

  • You are an empathetic relationship-builder who can quickly understand relevant structures in complex organizations and connect to people at all levels

  • You know how to use Salesforce CRM ? It is a bonus!
