What You’ll Do:
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis using analytics tools to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Translate complex data sets into actionable recommendations and create strategic initiatives.
Performance Metrics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for business performance.
- Create and present regular reports and dashboards to stakeholders, providing clear and concise summaries of findings.
Data-driven Decision Making:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to apply data-driven insights across various initiatives.
Data Integrity and Quality:
- Ensure the accuracy and reliability of data by implementing best practices for data collection, processing, and storage.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues.
Reporting and Infrastructure:
- Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance.
- Develop data processes and build data infrastructure for relevant stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of dedicated experience in data analysis.
- A self-learner and go-getter.
- A natural problem-solver with analytical thinking and the ability to approach challenges logically and creatively.
- Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries – a must.
- Experience with data visualization tools – a must.
- Understanding of marketing metrics – an advantage.
- Working in a DBT environment and GitHub – an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
- English fluent level - must
