The platform streamlines payments for over 6 million Brazilians by consolidating credit and debit cards, instant payments like Pix, and Open Finance, on a mission to democratize mobile payments and financial services in Brazil.

Featuring services such as bill payments, mobile top-ups, public transportation, installment plans, and loans, designed with convenience, low cost and flexibility in mind. RecargaPay is changing the way both banked and unbanked Brazilians make their everyday payments and access their financial services.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver actionable insights to enable the business team to comprehend PJ credit market trends, dynamics, and users behaviors effectively.
  • Collaborate with other squads to analyze data and leverage findings to influence the direction of PJ credit initiatives.
  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of PJ credit products, policies, and key indicators to provide crucial insights to the PJ and Loans teams.
  • Conceptualize and execute A/B experiments to steer product development through iterative innovation and performance evaluation.
  • Forecast loan outcomes and offer actionable insights to fuel company growth.
  • Lead the launch of new products, disseminating information across the company regarding new credit offerings and PJ credit card.
  • Serve as a bridge between the PJ and Loans teams, fostering efficient collaboration.

Requirements

  • Strong background in credit products and/or models, PJ credit.
  • Experience in PJ policies.
  • Proficiency in designing and evaluating the impact of A/B experiments.
  • Experience in project management with a track record of driving tangible business results.
  • Possess leadership qualities and creativity, capable of executing tasks and engaging with diverse stakeholders effectively.
  • Proficient in Excel and SQL.
