TOMRA Collection is in an important growth phase as deposit systems are gaining popularity worldwide as an effective tool in the path to decarbonization. To support our growth, we are looking for a purpose-driven Business Controller with 5+ years of experience to support our strategy and business performance. You will have a central role, working closely with senior management and internationally with finance managers around the world. The role reports to Finance Manager Poland.
Responsibilities:
Monthly Reporting: responsibility for managing the monthly reporting and forecasting process and providing reliable management information and an accurate picture of performance.
Business Planning: manage and develop the annual business planning and align strategic objectives with financial targets.
Support in month-/ quarter- and year end closing together with the accounting department.
Stakeholder Communication: serve as key contact for financial performance analysis, business cases and customer tenders.
Process Improvement: drive improvement initiatives, standardization, and automation across the finance department in Poland.
Best Practices: stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying relevant insights and improving business performance.
Your profile:
Master’s degree or equivalent in finance, business, or other related fields.
5 years+ experience from international company is preferred.
IT-affinity and excellent Excel skills (+ experience with ERP systems).
Strong analytical skills, critical thinking abilities and hands-on financial modelling experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and ability to present complex information in a simple manner.
