We’re looking for a dynamic and analytical Business Controller to join our team. In this role, you’ll play a crucial part in building Quatt as both a ‘business partner’ and a ‘challenger’ to the other Quatt teams. You help to provide valuable insights and support key business decisions. If you’re passionate in supporting business through financial insight, enjoy solving complex problems, and thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
What you will do:
Play a key role in planning, budgeting, forecasting and our monthly control cycle.
Create clear (financial) reports for management and shareholders.
Support strategic decision-making and business cases development
Drive performance analysis and improvement initiatives (e.g. revenue growth, cost reduction, processes).
Identify and address (financial) company risks, and help to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
