We are looking for a proactive and strategic Business Controller to join our Finance team and support the financial and operational success of our internal business units. In this role, you will act as a trusted financial partner to key stakeholders, providing insights that drive informed decision-making. You will play a pivotal role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting to ensure our company operates efficiently and strategically.
Key responsibilities :
Financial business partnering
Act as a financial advisor to our internal business units (Consulting Services and our 2 software tools Binocs & Axon) and our Shared Services team, supporting them with data-driven insights and strategic decision-making.
Analyze financial performance, conduct variance and trend analyses, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize financial results and operational efficiency.
Collaborate with department leaders to align financial objectives with business strategy and drive continuous improvement.
Budgeting, forecasting & reporting
Play a key role in the budgeting and forecasting cycles, ensuring accurate projections and scenario planning.
Develop and maintain KPI reporting dashboards to track financial and operational performance.
Provide financial reports and insights that enable leadership to take timely, informed actions.
Data integrity & process improvement
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of financial and operational data for reporting and decision-making.
Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
Support ERP and financial system improvements to increase automation and reporting capabilities.
Collaboration & stakeholder management
Work closely with your colleagues in the Finance Team and business unit leaders to ensure alignment on financial objectives and execution of business plans.
Provide guidance on financial controls, risk management, and compliance to ensure sound financial governance.#LI-JC1
