Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Business Analyst to join our Automation offer. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing operations and delivering strategic solutions to our clients towards business efficiency.
Responsibilities
Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Collaborate with clients to define project scopes, objectives, and deliverables.
Strategic Planning
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client businesses, industries, and market trends to provide informed and strategic recommendations.
- Develop comprehensive business strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor a team of consultants, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring the successful execution of consulting projects.
Project Management
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of consulting projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Monitor project progress and adjust strategies as needed to achieve client satisfaction and project success.
Business Development
- Identify opportunities for new business with existing clients and actively contribute to business development efforts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to create compelling proposals and presentations for potential clients.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in Business Consulting;
- Proactivity and autonomy is a must.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge and experience in business processes reengineering and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) is a plus;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
