- Define the architecture and technical strategy for projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the execution of complex projects involving multidisciplinary teams.
- Lead the team in the implementation and maintenance of distributed systems, including hardware, software, networks, and infrastructure.
- Establish and manage relationships with stakeholders.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement, seeking new technologies and processes to optimize operations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementing and supporting distributed systems, with a focus on the energy and fuels sector.
- Solid knowledge of project management tools, including Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint.
- Strong analytical skills, proactive approach, results-oriented mindset, and effective team collaboration.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and project management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
