- Clients meeting to gathering requirements;
- Document requirements, create functional specifications and prepare wireframes/flowcharts;
- Enhance opportunities by identifying new software/service to be developed;
- Analyze and decompose complex requirements;
- Perform gap analysis and recommend solutions;
- Fulfill the role of a subject matter expert in requirement elicitation;
- Oversee the development of the product as per the specification.
- Ability to interpret business needs;
- Experience in developing user stories (Agile);
- Experience in JIRA;
- Requirements gathering and transposition to user stories (Agile);
- Process design;
- Good communication skills in English and Portuguese;
- Ability to work in multicultural projects and environments;
- Excellent proactivity sense;
- Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills;
- Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills;
- Prior client facing experience.
