- Conduct client meetings to understand business needs and gather detailed requirements.
- Create comprehensive functional specifications, wireframes, and flowcharts to clearly define product requirements.
- Identify opportunities for new software or service development to enhance business processes.
- Analyze complex requirements, decompose them into manageable tasks, and perform gap analysis to recommend suitable solutions.
- Monitor the development process to ensure that the product aligns with the defined specifications.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in an IT environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.
- A strong focus on delivering value and driving continuous improvement based on user feedback.
- Fluent English oral and written skills.
