We are looking for a full-time Business Consultant to join our Project Delivery team team in Oslo, Stockholm, or Copenhagen

As a Business Consultant at RELEX, you will have the opportunity to work across diverse business contexts and industries, helping customers optimize their business, supply chain and/or commercial processes. You’ll join the Scandinavian operations team of 50+ people, who will help you succeed in your new role.

You will design, configure, and deliver RELEX products to best fit customers’ needs and you will have the option to deepen your expertise in various areas, and positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to our customers.

This is a heavily customer-facing role focusing on project deliveries, and you may have the option to work within F&R, Space, Promotions or Production Planning. In all cases your activities includes:

Project Delivery Work:

• Steer and manage different aspects of retail and supply chain planning implementation projects in the fields of demand forecasting, replenishment, space, promotions, production planning and related process development
• Gather business requirements from customers and implement RELEX software to fit the needs of the customer
• Conduct detailed data analysis to uncover strengths and deficiencies in customer processes. Create relationships to become a trusted advisor and guide for optimal solution builds.
• Design and build the customer solution
• Design business processes around the solution
• Build and test configurations to support customer workflows and support the customer through User Acceptance Testing
• Train the customer to become proficient and self-sustaining in their customized software solution
• Steer towards becoming a subject matter expert within one of our many product areas.

You’ll play a key role in advising and guiding customers, delivering real, measurable value.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• 0 to 2 years of work experience in consulting, supply chain management, promotion planning, space planning, business analytics or another relevant area in retail / consulting industry
• Interest in software implementation and ability to gather requirements, carry out process design, training and user testing support, as consultant or as a customer.
• Excellent academic record in Industrial Management, Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Research, Information Management or other relevant subject expertise
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluency in English and one Scandinavian language
