As Business Consultant, you will be part of a consulting team responsible for achieving the growth targets set for us in Spain.
Business consulting projects Execution
- Execute cross-functional projects according to project plans under the guidance of senior management, working closely with internal teams to ensure deliverables meet client expectations and project goals.
- Prepare high-quality deliverables and presentations, collaborating with team members to analyze data and develop strategic recommendations, and staying updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance project outcomes.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations, and maintain regular communication with clients to update them on project progress, address concerns and ensure satisfaction.
Consultative Selling and Strategic Approach
- Utilize consultative selling skills to deeply understand client needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Support in structuring proposal narratives and presentations to effectively showcase Merkle’s capabilities and solutions
- Assist in ensuring proposals are coherent, clear, and aligned with client expectations and company offerings.
Pioneering ‘Business Consulting’
- Identify and develop offerings that dynamically respond to evolving market needs.
- Foster team growth and ongoing training to stay at the forefront of best practices and emerging trends.
- Advocate internally for the value and capabilities of our new team, actively collaborating with other functions to ensure organizational alignment and support.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are essential.
- Proven track record of success in strategic business development and consultative selling within the consulting industry.

Proven experience on the execution of consulting projects related to digital transformation, operating models, business strategy models, change management, etc. 2-3 years experience.
- Understanding of MarTech, Data, and CXM solutions, with the ability to translate complex concepts into compelling value propositions.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills, with the ability to articulate ideas persuasively and engage diverse audiences.
- Excellence as team player, collaborating effectively to achieve goals and foster a cooperative work environment.
- Analytical acumen and ‘out of the box’ thinking skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in client relationship management preferred.
