- Analysis and optimization of business processes in the context of application support in collaboration with the specialist departments
- Implementation and coordination of software projects, including planning, implementation, and follow-up related to PDM and interfacing with the ERP system
- Interface management between internal departments, external service providers, and software vendors
- Participation in error analysis and troubleshooting in existing applications as well as continuous improvement of the system landscape
- Training and support of users in the use of applications
- Documentation of applications and changes made
- University degree in computer science, business administration, or a comparable qualification (e.g. experience as CAD designer, administration of a PDM system)
- Experienced in software implementation projects
- Administrator knowledge at least from one PDM system (ideally PRO.CAD, but not mandatory)
- Experience in error analysis and debugging, as well as handling databases and programming languages, is advantageous
- Knowledge in process analysis and optimization
- Ability to work independently, strong problem-solving skills, and analytical thinking
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment in cross-company teamwork
- Very good English skills
