About the Role:
As a Business Compliance Associate within the CashNetUSA Business Unit, you will play a vital role in supporting one of Enova's core businesses. Your responsibilities will be monitoring and supervision across our diverse product portfolio, planning and executing customer remediations, and addressing unique regulatory and business requirements in various states. You'll collaborate cross-functionally to align business and compliance needs, proactively identify and prevent customer incidents, and contribute to customer remediation efforts.

The budgeted annual salary range for this position is $72,000 to $92,000. Actual annual salary will be determined based on qualifications, skills, experience, and level assessed during the hiring process and may fall outside of the range shown. Additional compensation for this role may include a bonus. All full-time employees are eligible to participate in Company benefits, described in more detail here.
