- Collaborating with stakeholders to identify business needs and opportunities for automation;
- Analyzing and mapping current processes to identify inefficiencies, and proposing improvements through both automation and processual changes to enhance overall performance;
- Defining technical requirements for the Automation Team and ensuring clear communication;
- Maintaining and optimizing tracking systems (e.g., Google Sheets, Jira) to monitor team progress and results.
- Proven experience in process mapping, improvement, and automation (2-3 years);
- Strong analytical skills (SQL is a must) with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose both processual and automation-based solutions;
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
