We are now looking for an experienced Business Automation Consultant with strong technical skills and analytical thinking to design and maintain automated solution for our clients.
Responsibilities in This Role:
- Design and maintain automation solutions using RPA tools.
- Design and maintain solutions implementing data capturing using OCR tools..
- Design and maintain business workflows using relevant tools.
- Collaborate with other team members to analyze requirements and implement appropriate solutions.
- Test and deploy applications and solutions.
- Monitor and resolve issues that arise within the systems.
- Train users on new functionalities and solutions.
- Act as technical consultant for the client.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent command of the English language (written & verbal)
- Fulfilled military services obligations (if applicable)
Nice to have:
- Experience in RPA Tools, such as IBM Robotic Process Automation and Automation Anywhere.
- Experience in document management systems, workflow design tools, IBM products such as FileNet, BAW and Datacap.
