Position Overview:
 
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Architect to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business strategy, technology, and sales processes. This role will be instrumental in driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, developing effective sales strategies, and ensuring alignment between sales efforts and the overall business objectives.
What you'll do as a Business Architect, Sales:
 
Sales Strategy Development:
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Identify target markets, customer segments, and value propositions.
  • Develop sales enablement materials, such as sales decks, product demos, and case studies.
Sales Process Optimization:
  • Analyze and optimize the sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and implement best practices and tools to streamline sales operations.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks and sales methodologies.
Business Analysis:
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
  • Identify opportunities for new products or services.
  • Develop business cases to justify investments in sales initiatives.
Product Positioning:
  • Develop compelling value propositions for products and services.
  • Create effective messaging and positioning strategies.
  • Train sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
What you'll bring to the team: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business consulting.
  • Strong understanding of sales methodologies and techniques.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex business problems and develop innovative solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in sales enablement tools and CRM systems.
Compensation:      
     
Qualified candidates can expect an annual salary starting at $175,000 - $198,000.      
     
Note: Compensation is benchmarked on local Washington market rates. Qualified candidates in other locations can expect a salary package that may be adjusted based off applicable cost of wages in their respective location.
