As part of our Salesforce team, you will collaborate with various departments to drive process optimization and ensure we deliver the maximum value of our products to our customers. As a Business Application Engineer for Salesforce, you will play a crucial role in identifying improvement opportunities, analyzing stakeholder needs, and developing scalable solutions within Salesforce.

In this role you are responsible for:

  • Leading global Salesforce.com roll-out projects: Facilitating clear and effective communication between cross-functional teams across different regions.
  • Designing and managing complex Salesforce automations: Including Flows and other tools to streamline business processes.
  • Consolidating and evaluating feedback: Gathering CRM process improvement suggestions from all peers.
  • Developing solutions with an integrated approach: Considering processes and business objectives while proposing enhancements and specifying Salesforce technical designs.
  • Promoting a collaborative team environment: Working closely with colleagues to ensure smooth workflows and knowledge sharing.
  • Ensuring high levels of satisfaction: Supporting internal customers with their daily Salesforce needs, addressing issues efficiently.
  • Big-picture thinking: You can evaluate and understand complex business requirements, offering sustainable, long-term Salesforce solutions.
  • 3+ years of Salesforce implementation experience: Deep expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, and hands-on experience with advanced Flows, with the ability to design and optimize advanced automations.
  • Proactive communication and documentation: Excellent habits for sharing updates, maintaining transparency, and documenting solutions effectively.
  • Self-driven and detail-oriented: A motivated self-starter who can independently move projects forward while paying close attention to details.
  • Process sustainability mindset: An approach focused on creating lasting improvements and maintaining system health over time.
