We are looking for a Business and Systems Analyst to join our dynamic Corporate Technology Solutions team. This is an individual contributor position where you will play an important role in supporting CrossCountry’s catalog of technical systems and change management initiatives. You’ll work closely with our experienced team of system administrators and change managers to support our systems, cross-functional support teams, and diverse user population.
What You’ll Do:
- Ensure smooth daily operation of assigned applications by monitoring performance, supporting necessary system changes, and ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into detailed specifications and comprehensive test plans.
- Troubleshoot and resolve business user issues.
- Perform standard business as usual (BAU) system maintenance, such as user setup and permission updates.
- Facilitate communication and issue resolution between business and technical staff.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and suggest actions to enhance efficiency.
- Assist in governance and change management tasks, such as preparing presentations, reports, and managing the change request Smartsheet database.
- Assist team’s change management strategy and execution to support the adoption of new processes, systems, and tools across the organization, including communications, documentation, training, and assessing and mitigating risk related to change initiatives.
- Support development of project and change management plans.
- Document and optimize workflows and processes.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the technology team.

- Ability to be on-site at our McLean, Virginia office 2-3 days per week.
Qualifications:
- Experience with or knowledge of Business Information Systems (Salesforce, Kantata, Workday, Concur preferred).
- Familiarity with helpdesk ticketing systems (InvGate preferred).
- Understanding of data security principles.
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
