About the role
As a Business Analytics Lead, you will be strategic partner to our Commercial and Marketing stakeholders. Leveraging your expertise in data analytics, you will drive actionable insights and facilitate informed decision-making processes. Your role will involve deep dive analysis into business KPIs, assessing the impact of promotional activities, and fostering cross-functional relationships to enhance business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject-matter expert for Commercial and Marketing stakeholders, utilizing diverse data sources and analytical techniques to support strategic decision-making.
- Conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights on key business KPIs.
- Understand and use the concept of Marketing efficiency to help the team reporting on marketing channel performance within a Trade environment
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Finance, promoting collaboration and shared goals.
- Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities, contributing to continuous improvement strategies.
About you:
- Strong experience in data analytics
- Strong proficiency in SQL, GA4
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
- Previous experience working as an analyst within Commercial, Finance or Marketing
- Creative thinking with a track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within the team
- Experience working on e-commerce businesses or equivalent industries
- Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills, more specifically, ability to communicate complex problems and analysis simply with a variety of stakeholders and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical colleagues
- Attention to detail in a relatively fast-paced environment
- Ability to effectively manage targets and deadlines
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
