Business Analyst (with 1+ Year of Developer experience)

Job Description

• Collect and analyze business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into technical specifications for development teams.
• Ensure that system enhancements align with business objectives and deliver tangible value.
• Conduct functional testing to validate developed system functionalities prior to deployment.
• Assist end-users with user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Communicate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize enhancement needs.
• Manage project risks, stakeholder expectations, and timelines effectively.
• Map and analyze business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide operational support, including addressing user inquiries and system maintenance.
• Design and implement efficient issue resolution workflows, including Service Desk processes.
• Coordinate major platform upgrades or significant system changes.

Requirements

• At least 3 to 4 years of working experience in delivering IT projects (Business Analyst, Product Owner experience)
• More than 1 year of Development experience (Service Now or GCP)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in IT concepts.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels effectively.
