What will you be doing in this role:
- Analysis of Business requirements.
- Documentation of Business requirements.
- Business model analysis.
- Business process analysis
- Business processes modelling
- Functional requirements and business cases analysis.
- Risk analysis.
- Assistance in Business cases, Vision documents, Project Charters and Security Plans
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- A BSc degree and at least 10 years of relevant experience
- At least 6 years of specific expertise in information systems matters
- At least 3 years of specific expertise in large organisation administrative business processes
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
- At least 5 years of specific expertise in the use of BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value
- At least 2 years of specific expertise in Wiki and collaborative sites.
- At least 2 years of specific expertise in software development methodologies (e.g. RUP, Agile)
- At least 1 year of specific expertise in confluence and Jira 5.
- Rapid self-starting capability.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
- Strong capacity to give high-level presentations. Excellent critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Ability to apply high quality standards.
- A strong command of the English language
