What will you be bringing to the team?
- Analysis of Business requirements
- Business processes modelling. Process analysis and analysis of the integration of different information systems.
- Assistance and/or participation in business cases, business glossary, vision, business requirements documents and other relevant documents
- Description of user requirements and functional requirements (user stories or use cases)
- Risk and impact analysis
- Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users. Regular liaison between user services and development teams to ensure requirements are properly implemented
- Coordination and collaboration with the project teams. Participation in Sprint Review meetings.
- Support the Project Managers of information systems to meet identified business needs and deliver high quality products and assist in the implementation of the project management methodology.
Requirements
What do you need to succeed in this position?
- At least 5 years of specific expertise with requirements solicitation
- At least 3 years of specific expertise with UML or BPMN
- At least 3 years of specific expertise with Atlassian Jira/Confluence
- Good knowledge of information systems matters.
- Good knowledge of large organisation administrative business processes.
- Good knowledge of analysis/modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
- Good Knowledge of wiki, collaborative sites.
- Knowledge of information systems lifecycle and development methodologies (PM², PM² Agile or Agile Scrum)
- Knowledge of following tools:
• Atlassian Jira
• Atlassian Confluence
• MS Teams
• Signal
- Capability to give presentations
- Ability to participate in technical meetings
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with Data Protection by design is an asset
- Experience with SPARX Enterprise Architect is an asset
- Ability to understand, speak and write English (C1) is mandatory. Ability to speak French will be an advantage
