At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team in Luxembourg.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Analyze business requirements, processes, and provide new business process models and functional requirements.
- Organize and conduct meetings with stakeholders to gather system requirements and rationale.
- Analyze requirements from task forces and stakeholders for system evolution and necessary improvements.
- Maintain business specifications and process diagrams.
- Review existing documentation and JIRA tickets to address missing technical specifications.
- Prepare new specifications for system evolution and maintenance activities.
- Process requirements into business process models, specifications, use cases, and update documentation.
- Assist in mapping test plans and requirements specifications.
- Define the Requirements Traceability Matrix.
- Provide descriptions for system data entry, operations, workflows, reports, and roles.
- Ensure system compliance with regulations.
- Conduct functional testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Revise final release documentation (User Guide, Admin Manual, Release Notes).
- Record and follow up on issues in JIRA.
- Participate in kick-off and progress meetings with staff and contractors.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree
- Have a minimum years of 10 years professional experience that does not overlap with studies
- At least 5 years of practical experience in Oracle / (PL)SQL
- A minimum 3 years of specific expertise in business analysis, functional, integration, performance and security testing
- At least 2 years of experience with official statistical production particularly related to the statistical business registers
- No less than 3 years of experience with functional testing
- Ability to give business and technical presentations and write clear and structured technical documents
- Very good communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Analysis and problem solving skills
- Possess a certifications in Oracle or SQL is an advantage
- Knowledge of the EGR statistical process and application ecosystem is be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of the IPT (Interactive Policy Table) application and the MNE (Multinational Enterprise) profiling process is considered an advantage
- Proficiency in English languages on a C1 level
- Proficiency in French languages on a B2 level
