At Uni Systems, we are working towards turning digital visions into reality. We are continuously growing and we are looking for a Business Analyst to join our UniQue team in Brussels.
What will you be doing in this role?
- Prepare materials and speaking points for online meetings, including requirements, epics, user stories, and functional tests.
- Gather and discuss business requirements with business owners and IT team remotely.
- Document and analyze business requirements and processes.
- Prepare requirements, epics, user stories, use cases, and functional tests for each release.
- Propose UI-UX designs.
- Analyze low-code/no-code solutions and conduct risk analysis.
- Review stakeholder documents and prepare them for implementation.
- Report progress on business analysis and requirements to the Project Manager.
- Contribute to release planning and prioritize development topics.
- Advise on the validity of contractor-delivered Business Analysis artifacts.
- Collaborate with IT Team Lead on release scopes and participate in planning meetings.
- Update the business requirements page on Confluence.
Requirements
What will you be bringing to the team?
- Have at least a Bachelor's degree
- A minimum of 9 years of working experience in IT apart from studies
- No less than 6 years of specific expertise in analysis and modelling tools and techniques (use case diagram, state diagram, entity relationship model, interaction diagrams etc.).
- No less then 6 years of specific expertise in BPMN or UML or other with equivalent value.
- At least 3 years of specific expertise in software development methodologies (e.g. Agile).
- At least 3 years of specific expertise in working with Confluence and Jira.
- A minimum 2 years of specific expertise in digital health systems.
- Strong capacity in preparing and writing business analysis.
- Capability to speak to business and technical audiences.
- Strong critical thinker, by using logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
- Proficiency in English language at a C1 level.
