You will work side-by-side with several development teams on a wide variety of applications and mission-critical and time-to-market projects in the digital assets trading domain. You will be encouraged to develop your skills and to grow within teams of highly qualified specialists.
Responsibilities
- Analyze the needs of the different business department
- Prepare the functional documentation
- Write and detail user stories, create and maintain the team backlog throughout the project’s life cycle
- Assist project team on daily basis by answering specifications related questions and providing necessary business context
- Come-up with a business solutions
- Do internal/external market research
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Solution oriented
- Knowledge of what business processes are and how to analyze them
- Practical experience in the analysis of high-level business ideas and their transformation into detailed requirements
- Experience in documenting requirements within the agile process
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to maintain technical discussions with the development teams
- Exposure to banking/fintech/crypto domain would be a big plus
