The Business Analyst will be responsible for playing a key role gathering requirements for system enhancements, designing solutions, and developing reports. Additionally, the analyst will assist in the support, training, testing and documentation of our systems.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Working with the business community to define and document business requirements
- Translating business requirements into viable system designs
- Administer and maintain User Access to various applications
- Responsible for user support
- Design and develop user reports
- Delivery of System Training
- Development of system documentation
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure applications fully meet specified business requirements
