The Business Analyst will be responsible for playing a key role gathering requirements for system enhancements, designing solutions, and developing reports.  Additionally, the analyst will assist in the support, training, testing and documentation of our systems. 

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Working with the business community to define and document business requirements

  • Translating business requirements into viable system designs

  • Administer and maintain User Access to various applications

  • Responsible for user support

  • Design and develop user reports

  • Delivery of System Training

  • Development of system documentation

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure applications fully meet specified business requirements

Requirements

  • The ability to explain complicated concepts in a simple manner

  • A great attitude accompanied with a high level of patience

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills

  • High level of initiative and resourcefulness

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

  • Proven documentation skills with consistent accuracy of details

  • Superior customer service skills

  • Self-starter with a high energy level

  • Ability to work independently without supervision once trained

  • Prioritize and balance multiple projects and tasks

  • Manage time effectively and meet deadlines
