Responsibilities
- Clarifying a business idea by evaluating the most relevant means of implementation for both stakeholders and the development team.
- Interact with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand their software needs.
- Validate Requirements by gathering client requirements and ensuring they are aligned to the client’s business goals and our product roadmap.
- Document Requirements by writing up a detailed specification document.
- Translate the client’s task into technical build requirements for the development team.
- Story mapping by describing how the feature will be used by the client and the benefits of it.
- Manage build by ensuring the product being created is fit for purpose and the functionality delivered is aligned with the client's task.
- Gathering and processing feedback from clients post-release and raising/documenting any enhancements required to the delivered software
Required Experience
- Experience within the Securities Finance Market
- Experience specifically within Securities lending
- Experience with Loanet
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency (Word, PowerPoint, Visio) and advanced Excel skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and complete complex tasks to a high level of accuracy and under pressure
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong attention to detail, self-motivation, and solution-orientation
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience working in a client facing environment
- Experience working in a project management environment
- Knowledge of JIRA and Zendesk
