Business Overview:
Focusing on major corporate customers in Japan and overseas, we support the development and transformation from digital experiences such as mobile and web to business systems, using the Lean & Agile development process that CI&T has about 30 years of knowledge. Last year, CI&T launched a breakthrough AI-powered platform that redefines the nature of software and digital development, enabling service delivery to drive new levels of efficiency and innovation. CI&T Japan branch provides such technology to Japanese customers.
The Business Analyst will be working closely with both our customers and our team members, understanding, collecting, gathering and documenting requirements and requests; communicating them back between all the parties involved in the project, ensuring alignment, clarity and proper expectations are managed when it comes to the digital solution that our customers expect to be built.
Job Description:
As a Business Analyst/System Bridge Engineer, you will work with CI&T top clients in Japan, and your responsibilities include:
・Eliciting requirementsRequirements organisation
・Translating and simplifying requirements when required
・Requirements management and communicationRequirements analysis
・Clarifying questions the engineers/developers may have in regards to requirements
・Defining the acceptance criteria for each requirement on a web digital solution
・Supporting QA Engineers on validating the expected outcome of the digital solution built, also getting involved on the digital product validation and acceptance phase, supporting CI&T customers on that validation
Requirements:
・Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst/ Systems Bridge EngineerNative or similar level of Business Japanese language knowledge (Written and Spoken)
・Advanced level of EnglishStrong communication/interpersonal skillsProven analytical backgroundAdvanced MS Word and Excel skills
・Experience in system/software requirements documentation
・Self-organisationOpen mind to learn, and continue learning
・Already living in Tokyo region, with citizenship or valid visa
