Key Responsibilities:
- Own and Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of application development from Business Analysis standpoint.
- Act as a bridge between business needs and technical solutions, translating complex requirements into functional solutions and actionable project plans.
- Create and own all functional documentation (BRD/FRD), process flows and UI/Prototype development
- Pro-actively assisting the cross-functional teams, ensuring delivery excellence in all product/digital services related implementations.
- Provide solution to clients, leveraging knowledge to tailor solutions that meet specific business challenges.
- Identify client-specific challenges within their business operations. Customize our product platform to address these unique needs, ensuring solutions are not only viable but also drive significant improvements in different areas.
- Engage in presales activities, demonstrating the product features and value of our solutions to potential clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.
- Stay abreast of industry, technology trends and advancements to continuously improve our offerings.
- Actively seek out, collect, organize, and prioritize requirements. Maintain Product backlog and roadmap.
- Create the functional design and solution.
- Perform process and systems impact gap analysis.
- Prepare and set functional and non-functional acceptance criteria input for test scenarios.
- Perform functional testing and UAT
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Proven track record of successful application development, functional documentation and product development.
- [Optional: Experience in at least one vertical (Industrial sectors like Manufacturing, Transportation, AEC, or CPG)]
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide comprehensive solutions to complex problems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in customer communication and the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work effectively in an offshore setting, with readiness to accommodate overlapping working hours with US time zones.
- Familiarity with complex data, structures, data integration, and database concepts.
- Familiarity and knowledge of UI designing, UX, prototyping tools and best practices.
- Familiarity with creating BPMN and process model diagrams.
- A self-starter, can-do attitude – i.e., "What areas can I apply myself in and take ownership/responsibility and to be the go-to person in those areas?"
- Flexibility – needs to be comfortable and effective in various roles ("wear different hats") as well as the ability to go broad and/or deep as needed. Must be comfortable with high levels of ambiguity and be willing to make reasoned decisions.
- A highly collaborative working style.
- An ability to quickly absorb business processes and systems that implement those processes.
- An ability to work with geographically distributed teams.
- Ability to engage with a diverse audience from business users to CXOs.
