Business Analyst 

The RELEX team in Finland is growing and is looking for a Business Analyst to join our team in Helsinki, Finland. Main responsibilities in this role will be delivering projects and developments for new and existing customers in the field of supply chain management.

What you’ll be doing:

As a Business Analyst, your responsibilities will include tasks related to the design, development, and implementation of the RELEX solutions. These tasks will be conducted together with the RELEX team and there will be more senior team member providing you with support and guidance.

Main tasks include: 

• Facilitating and documenting workshops to specify customers’ requirements.
• Consulting customers use processes, scaling up the customer skill level for the usage of the system and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Configuring the RELEX Forecasting and Replenishment solution in the customer projects.
• Setting up value measuring for the implemented solution and discussing the results with the customer.
• Educating and training customers to use RELEX tools.

• Ability to map customer requirements and translate those into software configuration.
• Previous experience of supply chain management or retail industry is considered as a plus.
• Consulting experience is considered as a plus.
• Fluent communication skills in English and Finnish (fluency in Swedish/German/Polish is a significant bonus).
• Relevant master's or bachelor’s degree (e.g. Management Science, Industrial Management, Information Networks, Business Technology, Logistics, Economics and Business Administration).
