The Red Gate Group is seeking a skilled Business Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, DC. In this role, you will be pivotal in ensuring the successful capture, documentation, and execution of customer requirements for the Program Office. You will act as a liaison between stakeholders and customers, managing service agreements, and facilitating cost recovery processes. This dynamic position requires someone with a strong ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and deliver professional solutions in a high-stakes environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute processes for establishing service agreements that document customer requirements and costs.
- Serve as the main point of contact between the Program Office, stakeholders, and customers to manage all service-related requirements.
- Maintain a library of service agreements and update them as needed for service upgrades or cost changes.
- Track the status of agreements and coordinate with fulfillment and cost recovery teams as necessary.
- Provide reports and analysis to ensure compliance with fiscal regulations and support process improvement initiatives.
- Support the facilitation of invoice generation and ensure cost recovery activities are compliant with audit standards.
- Utilize office tools and software to manage the cost portfolio and assist the Program Office with any additional needs.
- Active TS/SCI and be able to pass a CI Poly.
- Must have 10 years' experience with 7 years of process improvement. DoD or IC experience is highly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with customer, team, and leadership.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
