The Red Gate Group is seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to support the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) in Washington, DC. This role is critical for collecting customer requirements and establishing service agreements within the Program Office. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer professional solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and execute processes and procedures to establish service agreements capturing customer requirements and costs.
- Act as a liaison between the Program Office, stakeholders, and customers to manage requirements.
- Update service agreements as needed for upgrades, additional services, or cost increases.
- Track and maintain a library of service agreements.
- Provide status reports on service agreements and collaborate with fulfillment and cost recovery teams.
- Gather customer requirements and assist customer account managers in fulfilling services and offerings.
- Support process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency.
- Facilitate invoice generation and cost recovery activities, ensuring compliance with fiscal/audit regulations.
- Utilize Program Office software and tools to manage portfolio costs.
- Provide additional support to the Program Office and team as required.
- Must have an active/current TS/SCI and be able to pass a CI Poly.
- Must have 10 years' experience with 7 years of process improvement. DoD or IC experience is highly preferred.
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with customer, team, and leadership.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
Familiarity with Service Now and/or Proven Optics is desired.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
