What’s the opportunity?

As a Business Analyst (Business Intelligence), you will play a critical role in defining, managing, and optimising corporate reporting and data governance across the organisation. You will work closely with global stakeholders to ensure that reporting standards, data accuracy, and business intelligence solutions align with strategic objectives.

Your work will support data-driven decision-making, improve reporting efficiency, and enable business leaders to have clear, accurate, and actionable insights. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Qoria’s corporate reporting infrastructure is robust, scalable, and aligned with corporate priorities.

Here’s how you’ll do it:

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with global business units to identify, validate, and document reporting requirements.

  • Data Access & Quality Management: Ensure that required data is accessible and that teams understand data quality rules.

  • Reporting Standards & Governance: Enforce standardised calculations, data sources, validation rules, and controls.

  • Documentation & Maintenance: Maintain detailed documentation of reporting logic, methodologies, and sources.

  • Prioritisation & Workload Management: Partner with the SVP of Strategic Development to prioritise reporting needs and manage the development pipeline.

  • Report & Dashboard Development: Work with data teams to assist in building insightful visualisations that drive business decisions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Identify areas where automation, data integrity, or reporting processes can be improved.

The duties of the Business Analyst (Business Intelligence) will include:

  • Engaging with senior leaders, finance, operations, and technology teams to ensure corporate reporting aligns with business needs.

  • Establishing and maintaining data validation and governance processes to enhance reporting accuracy.

  • Leading cross-functional workshops to define business intelligence priorities and standardisation efforts.

  • Supporting change management efforts related to reporting tools, processes, and new business intelligence initiatives.
