• Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate confidently.
• Self-driven and proactive, taking initiative to drive results.
• Deep understanding of Japanese culture, ensuring customer-centric solutions with empathy.
• Ensures compliance with legal, regulatory, and financial requirements in projects/programs.
• Certifications in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe are preferred.
