Business Analyst/Product Configurator- REF2177S

Become part of an international team in the Market and Tariffs project area with very challenging business and customer-oriented tasks: here all products, prices, tariffs and bookable options for mobile, fixed network and TV products of Deutsche Telekom are configured without software development and made available to the entire IT landscape of Telekom Deutschland at short notice via a daily updated product catalog or other interfaces. We support Telekom Deutschland's business units on product development and assume responsibility for the implementation of new business topics. They distinguish themselves through innovative ideas, high quality, flexible product models, short delivery times and competitive conditions. Our product services are offered to our existing and new customers in the private and business customer market segments via direct and indirect sales channels, including wholesale and wholebuy. The Market and Tariffs project area is therefore an essential service provider and important partner for Telekom Deutschland's business success.

We are looking to strengthen our teams for the configuration of product data for the fixed-line, mobile and TV segments (including the analysis of technical requirements and the development of the best possible solution as part of an agile team with the specialist side and other partners). Our teams are currently working at several locations in Germany and Hungary. Your role as a Business Analyst/Solution Designer:
As a Business Analyst/Solution Designer you are specialized in the detailed analysis and recording of business requirements, the development of efficient solution concepts, a configurative implementation including the testing of the solution, the support of the commissioning in the production environment, the analysis of error patterns in production as well as the dismantling of portfolio elements that are no longer relevant to the business. You are therefore responsible for the entire life cycle of a business requirement. Their expertise in business processes and product knowledge in the telecommunications industry contributes significantly to the efficient and innovative design of our product solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related studies
• Strong communication, analysis and conceptualization skills
• Proven experience in analyzing and implementing business requirements, ideally in the telecommunications industry
• Affinity with product lifecycle management and product models (e.g. TMF)
• Experience in an agile project environment is advantageous (e.g. SAFe, SCRUM)
• Proven experience in independent familiarization with new topics
• Ability to act independently and autonomously
• Cooperative skills for working in small, agile international teams
• Good oral and written language skills in German and English are a basic requirement
• Bonus: Experience in SW development and/or innovative technologies (such as GenAI) for the automation of business processes
