Duties and Responsibilities:

- working in a team to understand the data requirements and optimize their use

- use business intelligence software to improve business processes and drive innovation

- support growth, efficient deployment and productivity of resources through the development of an induction program and delivery model toolkit

Requirements

• 4-9 years of experience in a similar role
• Project Management or Construction background is preferred
• Excellent writing skills
• Experience with technical documentation is considered an asset
• Experience with process mapping and facilitating workshops
• Ability to synthesize information into concise insights
• Knowledgable with design thinking methodologies
• Training background with utilizing creative training approaches
• Ability to create and execute a work plan, achieving key objectives
• Familiarity with Sharepoint and Miro and other collaboration tools
• Proficient digital literacy
