Join our dynamic team in developing a cutting-edge Customer Support Center application. We’re building an advanced AI-driven solution designed to assist customer care team members by providing real-time transcription, translation, and intelligent information retrieval. Our client, a U.S.-based healthcare company, specializes in genetic testing with its own patented technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Participation in the development of innovative medical products with a high level of freedom and responsibility.
  • Study and analysis of new product requirements.
  • Using modern tools, approaches and development technologies.
  • Close interaction with a client on requirements refinement and demonstration of the results of work.
  • Working in a friendly team of professionals (frontend and backend developers, UI designer, QA, Product owner).

Required Skills:

  • The ability to competently and clearly express thoughts both in writing and verbally.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Knowledge of BPMN, UML notations, description of business logic of procedures and schemes in BPMN, UML notations.
  • Ability to collect and formulate requirements, work in conditions of fuzzy requirements.
  • Practical skills in creating functional prototypes using modern and popular prototyping tools (Balsamiq Mockups, Sketch, Figma or others).
  • Ability to work with elements of functional analysis - User story, Use Case, Acceptance Criteria.
  • Ability to decompose a product or high-level requirements into separate User stories or Use Cases.
  • Ability to describe user actions in detail and in an accessible way, define triggers (for example, what should be displayed in the form, what notification to send to the user, what actions should be available to the user, etc.).

Desired skills:

  • Experience in Agile Scrum team.
  • Knowledge of the HIPAA personal data protection standard.
