We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in the automotive domain and native-level Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies and Jira, with a proven ability to analyze and translate business requirements into actionable deliverables.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, requirements, and challenges within the automotive domain.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different departments to gather, define, and document business requirements.
- Analyse data and market trends to provide insights and recommendations that drive business decisions.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and ensure alignment between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Translate business requirements and technical specifications into actionable plans and deliverables.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the implementation and testing of solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives and user needs.
